  First Union was great, Wachovia was very good too. My experience with WELLS FARGO HAS BEEN AWFUL, WRETCHED. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY CANNOT SOLVE SIMPLE PROBLEMS AND WAIT TIMES ARE EXCESSIVE.
  
  WELLS FARGO MANAGERS NEED TO GET OUT INTO THE FIELD AND USE THEIR HOPEFUL TALENT TO GET SOME BUSINESS SENSE THAT APPEALS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
